Broadly, our extent of market reach can be best categorized into following segments.

DOMESTIC SALES :

60% of our total sales can be attributed to the share of Domestic market, which is further classified into:
1. Consignment sales:
Through a wide and extensive network of more than 25 consignee agents, dealing exclusively in our range of products in all the major states of the country, who further cater to more than 3000 dealers, down line, in our supply chain. They form the bulk of our sales and provide ample visibility of our products in the market. These consignee agents are monitored by our Regional Sales officers, who interact with them and their market, and co-ordinate with the Marketing Coordinator at the Corporate Office to meet their specific needs providing them with an interface. They report to the Head- Marketing at the Corporate Office, on their marketing activities, performance, receivables status etc.,
2.
Sales through Major Accounts:

A separate division, headed by Manager- Major Accounts, caters to the specific needs of our Bulk buyers, such as Large transport Houses, Fleet Owners, major PSUs such as Coalfields, Railways etc. Since the Sales process is different for them, it requires able and experienced handling of these Accounts and that’s why we have a strong presence in this category.

Sales to STUs :

Almost all the major State Road Transport Undertakings are in our list of esteemed clients, to whom we are serving for the last twenty years with utmost satisfaction and giving them best value for money. We ensure they get the best quality at an optimum cost and timely delivery. In some of these large STUs, our share of business is even up to 70-80% of their total out sourcing. We have earned their patronage and respect, because of our commitment to quality and frequent revision of product profile with new, cost effective & most modern production techniques.

OEM Sales:
Our expertise & ability to manufacture high quality product at the most optimal cost, , led tosuccessful development of a critical Import substitute for the heavy equipment Defence Vehicles (OTR Tubes) & (Aviation Tubes) Indian Air Force aircrafts such as helicopters, light combat aircrafts and jet airplanes. Also worth mentioning are, the gigantic OTR tubes for prestigious OEMs like, Central Ordinance Depot,  Bharat Earth Movers Ltd. & Defence Vehicle factory, Jabalpur. Our dedicated team looks after this specific segment and we have acquired all the statutory Quality approvals and DGS&D rate contract for saleto this segment.
